Strategic FM

Strategic planning is an organisations process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. Strategic planning is the formal consideration of an organisation's future course. All strategic planning deals with at least one of three key questions:
1) "What do we do?“ 2) "For whom do we do it?“ 3) "How do we excel?"

Whether Facilities Management is core or non-core to your business Optimum FM will ensure your and/or your customers property, facilities and assets are aligned to the business in the most efficient and economical way that will maximise Value for Money and customer satisfaction. To do this we will address the three questions above against your business strategy within your market sector.

When we know the answers to these questions against your business strategy and operational goals, we will ask ourselves the same questions and how we can Integrate and Align these within your organisations culture and objectives. This will be a collaborative beginning so that we can learn and adapt very quickly combining our experience and knowledge with yours to form a very strong partnership.

Armed with this knowledge we can then create a solution in the form of a performance and cost model that will ensure best practice utilising internal and external resources as appropriate to add momentum to your Business Drivers. When this model has been finalised and agreed we can move onto Mobilisation FM.

The model will contain People, Processes and Systems with fully transparent Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that will meet or economically exceed your business objectives. For public sector clients these will also meet Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE’s) , Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPI’s) and Right to Repair (RTR) targets in order to achieve the best Corporate Area Assessment (CAA) Rating.
