"Bill Oatham was responsible for the mobilisation and operation of a complex Total Facilities Management contract at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Central London Government Office in London. This change involved a handover from two contractors and the provision of a range of building support services including catering and hospitality to three buildings and over 4,000 staff. Throughout this change Bill was unflappable, strategic, organised and on the button when it came to ensuring that everything hit the target.
